• If a technical issue occurs during a live betting odds update, Bet Power reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If a match or event does not start within 36 hours of the scheduled time, the related bets may be cancelled.
• In the event of a draw or match cancellation, a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.
• Bet Power reserves the right to void any bets placed at abnormal odds due to a system error.

Odds on Bet Power are determined entirely through an automated system. Bet Power has no influence over match outcomes, and we are committed to maintaining a fair betting environment at all times.

Deposit: Deposits at Bet Power can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are usually reflected instantly. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.

Withdrawal: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Each withdrawal request is processed within 24–72 hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.

• Withdrawals above ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirements.
• Withdrawal requests may be temporarily placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

The following activities Bet Poweris strictly prohibited, and any of the following actions will result in immediate account closure:

• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Hacking, bug exploitation, or any other form of technical manipulation of the system.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or manipulate betting outcomes.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other members' accounts.
• Creating an account using a false identity.
• Arbitrage betting or attempting to exploit abnormal odds.

Bet Power May close or suspend any account for the following reasons:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification fails or false information is provided.
• For engaging in prohibited activities.
• Extended periods of inactivity (more than 12 months).
• If the user requests account closure themselves.

Users will be notified by email or SMS before an account is closed, unless immediate action is required for security reasons. Any remaining balance in a verified account will be returned after review.

Bet Power Not liable in the following circumstances:

• If a bet is missed or a transaction is not completed due to internet connectivity issues.
• Due to delays or issues with third-party payment gateways.
• Due to unexpected technical errors or server downtime.
• Due to issues with your device or software.
• For any losses resulting from sharing your account details with others.
